(hereinafter referred to as the \"Company\") provides this notice in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the \"Law\") and for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations. This notice is presented for the information and review of customers, business partners, suppliers, and website visitors.<\/p>

Under the Law, any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person is defined as personal data.
