Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy (PDPPP)

BOEMAR GRUP ELEKTRONİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides this notice in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the "Law") and for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations. This notice is presented for the information and review of customers, business partners, suppliers, and website visitors.

Under the Law, any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person is defined as personal data. The Company processes your personal data—whether fully or partially by automated means or as part of a data recording system by non-automated means—lawfully and in compliance with privacy rights, fundamental rights, and freedoms. It takes the highest level of security measures when obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, acquiring, classifying, or preventing the use of personal data.

The Company commits, declares, and undertakes not to sell, rent, or share with third parties the personal data you share with us, except under the "b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data" section and the "c) To Whom and For What Purposes Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred" section outlined in this notice.

Our aim is to inform you about the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes of its processing, the legal grounds, to whom and for what purposes processed data may be transferred, and your rights.

c) To Whom and For What Purposes Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred:

The personal data you share may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private legal entities within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. Transfers are conducted to ensure that necessary actions are performed by our business units to allow related parties to benefit from the Company’s products and services, to plan and execute the Company’s commercial and/or business strategies, and to ensure the legal, technical, and commercial-occupational security of both the Company and the relevant individuals with whom the Company maintains business relations.

d) Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data:
Your personal data may be collected through written, verbal, electronic, or other means. Based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, it is collected for the purposes outlined above.

e) Other Rights:
Without prejudice to the exceptions set forth under Article 28 ("Exceptions") of the Law, you may apply to the Company to: Learn whether your personal data is processed, the purposes of its processing, and whether it is transferred to third parties domestically or abroad; Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data, its deletion, or destruction; Request compensation for damages if you suffer losses due to the automated processing of your personal data.
